If you've forgotten your password, you can click the 'Forgot your password?' link on the login page. We will send a secure link to your registered email address to help you set a new one.

To add a new category, simply click the '+ Add Category' button on your dashboard. To remove a category, click the three-dot menu on the top-right of any card and select 'Delete'. Note that deleting a category also deletes all the links inside it.

When you select the 'Daily Slideshow' option in the background settings, Startikka will automatically fetch a new, beautiful image from your chosen category every day. Our system ensures you see a fresh background on your first visit of the day.

If you cancel your Pro plan, you will still have access to all Pro features until the end of your current billing period. Afterwards, your account will revert to the Free plan. You will only be able to access your designated 'Primary' dashboard. Your other dashboards and their content will be safely stored in case you decide to upgrade again.

Absolutely. Privacy is our core feature. Your dashboard content, links, and widgets are for your eyes only. We use industry-standard security, including Row Level Security on our database, to ensure that only you can access your data. We never track your activity or sell your information.
